    Mexican Coleslaw: 1 package Slaw Mix 1 can corn {drained} 1 can black beans {drained} 1/3 cup diced green onions 1 cup diced tomatoes 1/2 cup diced black olives 1/4 cup diced cilantro 1 avocado chopped 3/4 cup Jalapeno Ranch Dressing Garnish with cilantro.

    Autumn Three Bean Salad with Apple and Kale 1 Can kidney beans 1 Can Northern beans 1 Can garbanzo beans 2 c. Chopped kale 1 Red apple, cored and finely chopped 1 Shallot, very thinly sliced 3 T. Olive oil 1 t. Apple cider vinegar 1 t. Lemon juice Zest of 1 lemon Kosher salt & pepper
