Cioppino--man, I love a good cioppino! That said, I've never made one myself for probably two reasons: the cost of the seafood alone (which the author notes) and the fact that I do not have super-fresh seafood availability. However, I'm hoping Pinterest will be around 20 years from now when I retire to the Pacific NW where I'll be close to good seafood and hopefully be able to afford it! : )
