Candy Corn Vodka Shot ~ 1.5 cups of candy corn and 1 liter of vodka. Put ingredients in a jar and let infuse until the candy is gone. Strain with cheese cloth or coffee filter, chill in freezer or fridge and serve cold. If you would rather order the candy corn vodka as a cocktail, pour 2 oz of candy corn vodka over ice and top with club soda.
Summer berries in a lemon sauce Ingredients for 6 - 8 cups (150 ml): •½ cup greek or natural yoghurt •½ cup lemon curd •300 g raspberries •250 g blueberries Form layers of berries in each cup, cover with lemon sauce. Serve with ladyfingers, mint leafs, also taste good with crushed meringue. For the lemon sauce: Joghurt and lemon curd put in a pot and mix together until smooth. Enjoy!
