Bubble Snakes. Will keep kids busy! We had great fun with this!! Also you can incorporate the end you cut off to make flower blossoms. Now, my girl did inhale the bubble solution...make sure to explain not to breathe in with the plastic bottle up to the mouth. This is a keeper activity. I was as entertained as she was!!
We recently tried this Flubber recipe with the kids at the "Science in the Park" event put on by Rhythms of Grace Homeschool Group. We had so much fun coloring it and getting our hands all squishy...
DIY Giant Bubbles by katiedid: Make the bubble solution with 6 cups water, 1 cup light corn syrup, 2 cups Joy dishwashing soap (If using an ultra concentrated dishwashing liquid, use only 1 1/3 cups), stirring gently to avoid bubbles and let it sit overnight for 'stronger bubbles'. Use a hula hoop wrapped in cotton string for a 'wand' and a trough made of a dryer vent. Stand back and have your camera ready! #Kids #Giant_Bubbles
Handmade Boats - cute kid's project, or make cute decor for a beach house (or a beachy feel)! Directions for origami boats to match your sailboats/rafts, too! Could jazz this up even more with candles, esp. if it's light enough for these babies to float in a whole ocean scene!
