Arm workout. I have naturally broader shoulders and arms that are prone to gaining muscle. I want to workout and lose wieght and I love using weights but I can't handle bigger arms. I lifted a lot last summer ('11) and my arms got huge, I loved it!...but then they didn't fit into anything lol. "Great fit on my chest, stomach...no bueno on the arms"
