16 Things You Didn't Know About Sleep. #7 really bothers me. All personalities are different. To say that someone should be locked away (e.g. straight jacket) because they don't dream at night and therefore must be insane is horrible. We are on our way to punishing the thought crime in 1984.
Find out when to go to sleep to wake up at the best time for your body... I wonder if this is legit. If so, I could set my alarm for a time to go to sleep & a time to wake up. I should keep in mind that it takes about 15 mins of lying in bed to actually fall asleep.
