Using data from the Herschel Space Observatory, astronomers have detected for the first time cold water vapor enveloping a dusty disk around a young star. This artist's concept illustrates an icy planet-forming disk around a young star called TW Hydrae
Scientists announced in June 2013 that three planets orbiting star Gliese 667C could be habitable. This is an artist's impression of the view from one of those planets, looking toward the parent star in the center. The other two stars in the system are visible to the right.
"The moon does not fight. It attacks no one. It does not worry. It does not try to crush others. It keeps to it's course, but by it's very nature, it gently influences. What other body could pull an entire ocean from shore to shore? The moon is faithful to it's nature and it's power is never diminished." ---Deng Ming-Dao
