8 oz package cream cheese 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract Using a mixer on medium speed, combine all of your ingredients together until fluffy. Set aside. Cut the tips & tops off of the strawberries. Place the strawberries on their bottoms. Take a small melon baller to scoop out the tops. Fill a pastry bag with the cream cheese mixture. Take a star tip - Wilton's 2D Pipe into berries until the cream cheese mixture brims over the tops.
MAGIC CRUST CUSTARD PIE. 1/4 c margarine; 4 eggs; 3/4 c white sugar; pinch salt; 2 c 2% milk; 2 tsp vanilla extract; 1/2 c all-purpose flour. Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend for 30 seconds. Pour into buttered 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. The flour will settle to make its own crust. Variations: Add 1 c coconut for a coconut custard pie or add 1/4 to 1/3 c cocoa for a chocolate pie.

A box of Angel Food Cake mix (just the contents of the box, no need to follow the directions on the box), and combine it with a 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple in its own juice. (No need to use a mixer, just stir it by hand) When you do this, something magical happens. The mixture starts to froth and it turns into an amazingly airy, fluffy bowl of deliciousness right before your eyes. Once it's all mixed up, simply pour it into a 9 x 13 baking dish and bake it at 350 for 30 minutes
