Season with salt and pepper over the top.

    WEEKEND BRUNCH CASSEROLE 1 8 ounce can crescent dinner rolls 1 lb Bob Evans Original Recipe Sausage Roll 2 c shredded mozzarella cheese 6 eggs, beaten 1 cup milk 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp black pepper Line bottom of 13x9 sprayed pan with crescent rolls pressing perforations to seal. Top with browned sausage crumbles, mozzarella cheese, then whip 6 eggs, milk, Salt & pepper together pour over the top. Bake at 425* for 20 minutes or until firm. Let stand 5 min before cutting.

Christmas Morning cassorole: Sausage, crescent rolls, eggs, cheese.

Broccoli and Italian Sausage Egg Muffins ~Preheat oven to 375 Brown 1 lb Italian Sausage. Remove from heat and stir in 1 C broccoli. Whisk 8 lg eggs, 1/4 C milk, 1/2 tbsp oil and 1/2 tsp baking powder. Season with salt and pepper. Spray cupcake pan. Spoon sausage and broccoli mixture evenly into each cup. Ladle egg mix over sausage. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
