Lemon Ginger Shrimp 3 lbs jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined 1/2 C olive oil 2 tsp sesame oil 1/4 C lemon juice 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, peeled 2 T grated ginger root 2 T minced cilantro 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ground black pepper In blender/food processor, process marinade. Reserve small amount for basting. Marinate shrimp 2 hrs. Thread on skewers. Oil grate. Grill medium high 2-3 min per side. Baste while cooking.
