With l.e.d. tealights you could still put flowers in them! I'll bet it would work with cut-off wine bottles too.

1. Spray paint with a color. Let dry. 2. Wrap in rubber bands. 3 Spray paint again with a second color. 4. Let dry and remove bands!

Easy to do All I did was use rubber bands and a *GLASS* spray paint to frost them. Inexpensive, easy and a really great finish.
