Recipe: Low-Carb Cinnamon Apple Muffins- I used apple pie spice instead of just cinnamon and Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. I also added some blueberries bc I had some that I needed to use. Love these! They taste like fall!

Garlic Salmon Recipe: A very healthy and quick dinner! Will be ready in 20-25 minutes.   Salt and pepper 1.5 pounds of salmon filet to taste, sprinkle with minced garlic gloves (3) and chopped fresh dill (1-2 springs).   Preheat oven to 450 degrees F, in an aluminum foil place prepared salmon fillet, top it with slices of lemon.   Cover the salmon with a second layer of aluminum foil and bake for 20-25 minutes!

Compote: small handfulls of rasberries, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, blackberries, 1/2 T coconut butter, 1/2 T butter, large pinch of mint & process in the food processor.    Voilà!

Paleo Bread is an easy gluten-free bread recipe with just 9 ingredients --toss ingredients into a food processor, dump in a pan, and bake. No separating eggs, or water baths. Paleo bread is delicious for sandwiches, or toasted with a side of eggs. We keep this bread on hand at all times cause it's so darn good. After you bake it, cool overnight, then wrap in a paper towel and plastic bag. It will keep for a week when stored this way.
