    Something different for Cinco De Mayo. If you have never tried fish tacos give them a try. You may be surprised how good they are. I have never used cod before in my fish tacos, I usually will use tilapia. I think any mild white fish will work. The Pineapple Lemon Balm Salsa served with this taco recipe sounds wonderful. Can't wait to try. Viva la taco!
