Broccoli Hashbrown Casserole - 16 oz · frozen shredded hashbrowns, 2 c shredded cheddar cheese, 1 ½ c fresh cut broccoli, 8 oz sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 small onion, salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 400°F, mix all ingredients in a large bowl setting aside 1/4 cup of shredded cheese, spread mixture in a 9"x13" pan, sprinkle remaining cheese over the top and bake for 45 minutes.
