gorgeous. different than anything that i wanted for our wedding, but im thinking that i could go for something like this if it's avant guarde/modern-y? so take the levels and remove the shabby chicness?

I think this would be fun with one of those tacky, old gold, frames that used to be so popular. I would under-paint it with hammered bronze spray paint first, then go over it with the turquoise (or another color) but not completely cover up the bronze. Then of course you would have to have a mirror cut to fit, but that is pretty inexpensive. Would be such a FUN project! LOVE IT!!

lovely photo - great color on the cupboard with sweet bunch of lilacs
