Quote: "Seersucker is a thin, puckered, all-cotton fabric, commonly striped or checkered, used to make clothing for spring and summer wear. The word came into English from Hindustani (Urdu and Hindi), which originates from the Persian words "shir o shakkar", meaning "milk and sugar", probably from the resemblance of its smooth and rough stripes to the smooth texture of milk and the bumpy texture of sugar."

This looks sloppy to me. Clothes are too big on this boy. Rolling up the pants, with business shoes (oi vay!), just looks wrong. Look, if you want to roll up pants great. Use the right pants for this look; jeans, dockers, seersucker etc... Pants that are lite. This is after all a spring/summer style typically. And finally, lose the socks. Be adventurous in you style, but remember, there are rules to great fashion.
