3 mashed bananas 1 cup skim milk 1 tsp Stevia or 1/4 cup splenda 2 eggs 1 tbps Baking powder 3 cups quick oats 2 cups frozen blue berries or mixed berries [still frozen] Preheat oven to 375 degrees Mix all ingredients except the berries together, and let sit for 5 minutes. Trying to decide which recipe to use...Another baker commented, "oatmeal banana cookie - baked - no sugar added (just the banana). I omit most of the butter and use applesauce. I also added a little wheat germ and flax seed. Could probably add some protein powder as well."
