I saw this on her show and it looked soo good! Tried it this morning and my son went NUTS! Youve got to try this!

Jacquie's Pumpkin Protein Muffins adapted from Banana Bread Protein Muffins  3/4c oat flour 2 scoops protein 2tbsp truvia baking blend 1tsp baking soda 1tsp baking powder 3/4tsp pumpkin pie spice 3/4c egg beaters (egg whites will make batter thinner) 1c canned pumpkin 1/2c plain greek yogurt  Divide evenly in 12 sprayed foil-lined muffin cups (oats will stick to paper liners). Bake at 350 for about 18min or until toothpick comes out clean. Store in fridge. 1tsp almond butter in each.
