This really works, amazing! My mother tried it with success and then told me, so I tried it too! :-) Great way to clean Oven Top Filters-- Boil a big pot of water, add a half cup of baking soda (but only one tablespoon at a time - it fizzes). Drop the filter in and watch the grease slide off. Rinse, repeat if desired (I scrubbed gently in some spots).
Do you want your greasy oven vent filter clean. It's simple. Use a BIG pot, fill it with water and bring to a boil. Add 1/2 cup of baking soda very slowly. Add a tablespoon of baking soda at a time, it fizzes up fast (Be careful) Take your filter and put it in the pot 1/2 of the filter at a time. Let air dry
