One of my kids favorites!! Turkey and Spinach meatballs- These are actually HEALTHY MEATBALLS that are equally delicious.

1/2 c. rolled oats (not quick cooking) 1/2 c. plain Greek yogurt 2/3 c. almond milk 1 Tbsp. chia seeds Fresh fruit  Combine the oats, yogurt, milk, and seeds and cover tightly. Allow to sit in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, stir in any fresh fruits.

Spinach (2 cups) Olive Oil (as needed) Italian Seasoning (to taste) Salt (to taste)  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. 2. In a bowl mix spinach leaves & olive oil well without breaking the leaves. 3. Sprinkle salt & Italian blend. Mix well till all leaves are coated. 4. Take a foil lined baking sheet & arrange the leaves in a single layer 5. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove & let it sit for 2 minutes. 6. In a serving bowl or plate, serve the spinach chips with a nice dip and a refreshing…
