Chinese Cabbage Salad - 2-2 1/2 pounds nappa cabbage 5 green onions 3 packages ramen noodles 1/2 C butter 1/4 C sliced almonds 1/4 C sesame seeds Dressing: 3/4 C peanut oil (or 3 T peanut butter + canola oil to equal 3/4 C) 1/2 C sugar 1/4 C rice vinegar 2 T soy sauce
Roasted cabbage. INSANELY delicious, easy, inexpensive & healthy. (1 t. olive oil, 2 T. bacon bits, 2 T lemon juice, 1 T. worcestershire, 1/4 t. salt, 1/4 t. pepper, 1 Cabbage, quartered, individually wrapped. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes)
Garlic Rubbed Roasted Cabbage Steaks I saw this a couple of weeks ago but didn't pin it so when I got ready to make it I couldn't find how they did it. My version was the cabbage steaks, salt/pepper and I ended up putting a dab of butter because I was out of Olive Oil. OMG it was the best cabbage we've ever had. My husband ate nearly the entire head.
