1/4 cup Onion
2 cups Zucchini


2 Eggs

Baking & Spices

1/4 cup Flour
1 Salt and pepper

Oils & Vinegars

1 Some oil

Bread & Baked Goods

1/4 cup Bread crumbs


1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, good grated
1 cup Provolone cheese

    Made these tonight for dinner, they were awesome. I substituted wheat germ for bread crumbs, rice flour for flour, and mozzarella for provolone. Plus I think next time I will add basil, and I didn't have any dill so that was omitted but I'm sure it would be DELICIOUS. // Zucchini Patties
