Ingredients: 2 Tbsp Light Cream Cheese 2 Tbsp Mashed Avocado 1 Slice Whole Grain Bread 6 Cucumber Slices Dash Pepper Directions: Lightly Toast Whole Grain Bread Mix together Cream Cheese and Avocado Spread Cream Cheese Onto Toast Add Cucumbers Evenly On Top Sprinkle Pepper On Top

-Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. -Spread zucchini out on baking sheet. -Sprinkle fiesta seasoning over the top of zucchini. -Bake 3 hours. -Let dry for 1 hour after removing from oven.
