Southern Style Sausage Balls: Only 3 ingredients; these are fantastic! Just mix & bake. Great appetizer or make ahead for a quick breakfast on the go. (I also add a dash of cayenne pepper for a little heat. Also, these freeze very well UNCOOKED. Just form into balls, freeze on a cookie sheet then transfer to a ziploc bag. Add 5 or so minutes to the cooking time if baking frozen.) OR ADD TO YOUR SPAGHETTI!
