Ultimate Chicken Fingers- Bisquick, parmesean, garlic powder, paprika & salt. Mix those ingredients together, dunk chicken tenders in some egg and into the bisquick mixture and onto a cookie sheet. Spray with Pam and bake at 450 until crispy! There's also a homemade bisquick recipe on my Cooking Basics board that's super easy to make.
Easy Red Beans & Rice: Very simple and good. Cook 2 cups of raw rice instead of 1 and use 2- 3 sausage links (I used turkey sausage) and three cans of beans (red beans/kidney/pinto/ chili, whatever I have). Use plenty of Zatarains. Serve with cornbread or garlic bread. We were able to have it 2 nights for dinner. Hubby loves it.
