Coconut Mango Chia Pudding Author: The Peach Kitchen Ingredients 4 tbsp chia seeds 2 cup coconut milk or almond milk 2 tbsp honey 6 tbsp diced ripe mango Directions Stir together all the ingredients in a bowl except mango and mix well. Chill for about 6 hours or overnight. Top with diced mango when ready to serve.

Easy Chia Seed Pudding from a beautiful mess. Hopefully this will be tastier and a better texture than the previous chia pudding recipe I tried

Strawberry Chia Pudding via Love Raw Ingredients 500 g / 18 oz of Strawberries 2 tbsp Agave nectar or the sweetener of your choice 4 tbsp Chia seeds Directions 1. In a blender or food processor, process the strawberries into liquid. 2. Add the Agave and Chia and mix again. Put in the fridge to rest. 3. Let the pudding rest in the fridge. (If you prefer a really thick pudding, let it rest overnight.) 4. Decorate with hemp seeds, nuts or what you prefer.

Blueberry Chia Pancakes: Serves 2 Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 25 min; Ingredients: •1 cup flour •3 tsp baking powder •pinch of salt •1 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk •1 egg •2 Tbsp chia seeds •2 tsp vanilla •1/2 cup of blueberries plus 1 cup of blueberries for sauce •Oil for frying •2 Tbsp honey

#Chia Drink - Mix 1 Tbs. Chia Seeds with 10-20 oz. of water and stir thoroughly. Allow to sit for about 15 minutes. The Seeds will break down into a gel. Mix in the juice from 1 lime. Add in any other fruit (or natural fruit juice of your choosing... we recommend coconut water or pomegranate juice.) Stir and sweeten (if desired) with Stevia, or Raw Honey or Agave Syrup. It's like lemonade with a full serving of protein and omega-3 :)

Chia Seed Pudding. Yum! I made this 3/21/13 and it was excellent. I used 1 tbs chia seeds, 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, 1 Splenda, 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk and 1 tbs Torani sugar free chocolate. It was SO good! As dessert or breakfast - E. :) yummy warmed up for 1 1/2 mins in microwave
