Running for beginners

I used to think I could never run! I am over 40, have had 2 kids, have a really bad back, and horrible joints. My sister inspired me because she started running 5 years ago and looks amazing. I ran through the pain and started at my own pace. I am up to 12 miles a week and climbing. ANYONE can do it!! Just take your time an believe in yourself!

People who wants to start running again (orrr for the first time?!).... here is a little help on how to start if you don't know how or don't want to ask! I will be STARTING this in January, after I am medically cleared. I am so out of shape right now.

A running routine for beginners (or slackers) to help build up endurance and lung capacity. - This is also good because the up/down heart rate will help you burn more calories. win win!

I can run obvi but imma try this! Running for beginners! I have been told that I "run funny", so I might also need a running clinic to correct bad habits, but this sequence looks like a good start. Running is definitely the activity that gets me in shape the fastest and let's face it - it's a useful survival skill.
