Campfire Pizza Log store bought pizza dough, 8oz pizza sauce, 2 cups mozz. cheese,1/2 pkg of Pepp., Instructions: Roll out pizza dough in a rectangle. Spread pizza sauce on top of dough leaving 1" on edges. Top with 1/2 cheese, additional toppings & 1/2 cup cheese. Roll pizza up to form log, tuck edges in. Wrap in thick foil. Place on grill or fire pit. Cook for 10-15 minutes flip over and cook 10-15 minutes.
13 different Hobo Pie recipes. We always called them puddgy pies but same thing. Easy fix for food and allows the kids to roast there own in a puddgy pie maker with supervision of coarse...just like roasting marshmallows!
