Keep one in the shower filled with a mixture of half vinegar and half Dawn dishsoap. Use it to wipe down the shower while you are in there and your shower will always be clean…..I bought the type with the brush cause sponges are gross. After two weeks of having this in the shower I can vouch that it works- and cleaning the shower is way less annoying.
I hate dusting. These lemon dust cloths take just minutes to prepare and can be stored in an airtight jar until you're ready to use them. Sometimes dusting with a dry cloth does more harm then good as it moves the dirt around instead of catching it. These cloths are damp and infused with vinegar to help catch and kill the bugs at the same time. The addition of olive oil and lemon rind bring a soft polish to your furniture....
Awesome Cleaning Slime am 1 tablespoons of white (Elmers) glue. Add about 1 spoon full of water. Mix. Then in another cup put 2 tablespoons of borax and 2 tablespoons of water. Pour the glue solution and the borax solution together and you get slime. Add some food color to the glue first if you want a cool color.
Granite (or any counter-top) shine/cleaner ~ Take a spray bottle, fill it about 1/8th full with rubbing alcohol, add a drop of Dawn dish washing soap, a few drops of scented oil (optional, but makes it smell so good), fill the rest of the way with water, shake together, and you’re good to go! It makes your granite (or any counter-top) shine and feel so smooth at a fraction of the price by lucinda
Our electric bill rose to $430 two years ago and a simple A/C cleaning lowered it to $150. Totally re-pinning this. Another pinner said: "My husband owned his own A/C business for a long time and he said everything on here is the PROPER way to do this. Doing this will help the unit run more efficiently and you save $ by not paying the A/C company!"
