1 Cilantro, Fresh
1 tbsp Ginger, fresh
1/3 cup Green onions
2 Sweet peppers, medium yellow red and/or orange


2 tsp Garlic-chili sauce, Asian
2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Soy sauce, reduced-sodium

Pasta & Grains

12 oz Udon noodles or whole-wheat spaghetti, dried

Oils & Vinegars

1/3 cup Rice vinegar
3 tbsp Sesame oil, toasted

Simple Sesame Noodles - simple & delicious comfort food. I used honey instead of white sugar and red pepper flakes instead of hot chili oil. Maybe add 1 less tbsp of canola oil next time, but super tasty overall and a hit with the fam.
