"3 for 100" Mini-Pumpkin Muffins--  I tweaked this recipe by using 1/2 cup each whole-wheat and white flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 mashed banana, 1/4 unsweetened applesauce instead of oil, and 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean instead of granola.  Made 11 full-size muffins for 3 pp each.
