These are so easy to make and taste great. Melt 1/2 cup butterscotch chips and 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips together. Stir in 1/2 cup chow mein noodles and 1/2 cup salted peanuts. Put balls of it on wax paper and refrigerate for 2 hours then serve. yum!
Bourbon Street Chicken in the Crock Pot! - Great use for Chicken thighs... which are usually on sale :) Place the frozen thighs in the Crock Pot - Combine Garlic, Ginger, Apple Juice, Brown Sugar, Ketchup, Cider Vinegar, Water, and Soy Sauce. (It's a great sauce for anything :) Pour on chicken and cook on low for 8 hours
