2 Bay leaves
3 Chef potatoes, large
3 tsp Garlic
1/2 cup Thyme, fresh leaves
2 White onions, medium


7 tsp Hot sauce
1 Mustard, Yellow
5 tsp Worcester sauce

Baking & Spices

Corned Beef Hash This iteration of the classic breakfast hash is served at The Greenbrier resort in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. It's elegant topped with poached eggs, hollandaise, and chopped chives, and served alongside toast points. - a comfort food that I haven't had since my youth. Need to try a version that doesn't come out of a can.
