I dislike running, but do it because it is a weakness of mine. I started running 5k races last year and have become a little addicted to them. I don't train via running ahead of time, I just enter. I think it is a great opportunity to step out of my comfort zone and gain an amazing sense of accomplishment at the finish line. ~tb

"You can't out-exercise a bad diet." So true. A happy meal gives you 15 minutes of (questionable) happiness and saves you say an hour of food prep and 10 bucks. Yet you'll need to spend at least one hour at the gym to burn it off. You could spend that hour working and improve your wages. Eating poor is just Inefficient. Still think eating healthy is expensive? Then eat healthy but eat smaller/simpler meals. Boiled carrot sticks > Mi Goreng.
