This was delicious! I altered it a bit and used: Market Basket seasoned french fries, Hormel Hot & Spicy Chili with beans, and shredded cheddar and Mexican cheeses instead of American. I baked the fries and put them on the bottom of a casserole dish, added the chili over them, then finally topped with the cheese sauce. Threw the dish in the oven for 10 minutes and then served right away. Soo yummy!
