i posted this cuz i missed a deadlift that i thot i shuda ben able to make but cudnt 3 TIMES!!! i thot i was done, than i found a different program and 4 wks later BOOM made that plus 10 plus i learnd alot from those 3 fails. this statement is very true

This is what happens when you put off your workout all day.  It's midnight here and I was about to just put it off until tomorrow but I remembered this quote.  So heading downstairs now to do Lower Fix Extreme.  No excuses for this procrastinator.
