Cilantro Lime Crab Salad in Avocado - •1/2 cup lump crab meat •1/2 tbsp light mayonnaise •1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped •2 tsp red onion, diced finely •1-2 tsp jalapeño, diced finely •1 tsp lime zest •Juice from 1/2 a lime •Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste •Dash of cumin •1 avocado, cut in half, pit removed Crabsalad, Fun Recipes, Avocado Halv, Cilantro, Lunches, Savory Recipes, Limes Crabs, Crab Salad, Crabs Salad

Baked Avocado Fries by @Erin Barnes -- Did I pin this before? No matter. I'll make it twice. :)
Avocado & Cilantro Dressing: 1 large ripe avocado; 3/4 bunch cilantro (about 1 cup loosely packed); juice of 1 lime; juice of 1 lemon; 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil; 1 clove garlic, grated or minced; 1-2 Tbsp red wine vinegar; up to a 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar. Put all in food processor bowl, whiz on low. If too thick can add a bit more of one or more of the liquids above.
Chicken Avacado - now on my favorite recipe list! I did it a little differently. Dipped in flour, egg/milk mixture than ITALIAN bread crumbs. Lined baking sheet with tin foil and baked at 350 for about 10 min on each side. After chicken was cooked through, I added sauce, avocado and mozzarella/parmesan blend. Baked 5 more min. until melted. So good!!
