Sleepwalk With Me. Hilarious. Honest. Even makes you feel a touch warm & fuzzy in the end. Well worth watching.

Samsara. Visually stunning. There are literally no words. A gorgeous journey that swirls and floats you around the globe.

The Perks of Being a Wallflower. "We accept the love we think we deserve." Not the kid's movie I thought it was. A beautiful look at love from the eyes of the innocent.

Searching for Sugar Man. // You must see this movie. Great documentary about music, culture, and the power of the Internet. Such an amazing story about the most talented man that no one has ever heard of.

Bernie. 2012. Jack Black's finest, and he's not annoying at all. Great dark comedy. AND IT'S A TRUE STORY!

Martha Marcy May Marlene. 2001. Intense flick. And incredibly disturbing. Nonetheless excellently done.

Melancholia. 2001. Disturbing, eerie, inexplicably engrossing and gorgeous. It's everything I love about [most] Lars von Trier films. This movie left a lingering impression on me for days after watching...

Take Shelter. 2011. So uneasy, but addicting. Michael Shannon is fantastic.

Boy. 2012. Classic coming of age film, but in a quirky, funny and strangely hard to resist way...

Beginners. 2011. Solid flick. Beautiful script, story & performances, esp. Christopher Plummer who is exceptionally brilliant and wonderful.

Gattaca (1997) Another all-time favorite. As a sci-fi drama, I'm sure it already seems outdated, but it's another one that has left a lasting impression on me....

Before Sunrise (1995) I've always loved this movie so much. Guess I am a girl afterall.

Drive (2011) So good. Dig the 80s vibe, not the music. Great film though. Only weak link was Carey Mulligan.

Lost In Translation (2003) One of my all time favorites. Perfect casting with Bill Murray & Scarlett Johansson.

The Wrecking Crew (2008) Great behind the scenes look into the LA backing band hit makers. And Carol Kaye is a badass. #rockdoc

Who is Harry Nillson (And Why Is Everybody Talkin' About Him?) (2006) What a sweet, gentle, sad soul. #rockdoc

Mad Dogs & Englishmen (1971) Favorite rock doc. Ever.

Midnight in Paris (2011) My new favorite Woody Allen movie, which just so happens to take place in one of my favorite cities, with such an interesting & fun look at cultural icons of history.

Dancer in the Dark (2000) I saw this movie when it came out, and it's left a lasting impression on me. Bjork is phenomenal, and just like her, it's out there in some places...

Dead Man's Shoes (2004) Another Shane Meadows' work of art. Pretty brutal film, but the story is incredible.

This Is England (2006) Shane Meadows' masterpiece. I love anything he does, but this one takes it all. Nostalgic, sweet and brutal all at the same time. The kid in this film is one of my favorite kids to watch on screen.

Temple Grandin (2010) Claire Danes is BRILLIANT in this film. Beautiful story.

Get Low (2010) Robert Duvall & Bill Murray. Enough said.;;=alt&title;=Get%20Low&is;_video=false
