    DIY sugar cubes - How to: Pour about 1/2 cup of sugar into a bowl. Use a teaspoon to pour small amounts of water on the sugar, little by little, and mix until it is a paste-like consistency. Make sure the sugar doesn’t melt during this process. Fill the sugar-water-paste into ice cube trays, about half-way full, and press tight into the mold. Let dry overnight & Carefully remove the sugar cube from the ice cube tray.

These are rose sugar cubes for tea. This small rose has a sugary scent . The red cubes taste like raspberry and the pink ones taste like strawberry!

Sugar Cubes: 1 cup sugar; 1 tablespoon water (white) or 1 tablespoon berry tea (pink); mold suitable for microwave. Put sugar and water into a bowl and stir until sugar is thoroughly moistened. Put the sugar mixture in mold. Press with a spoon until sugar mixture is firmly packed. Microwave for 30 to 40 seconds. Let cool before carefully removing from mold. Store in an airtight container.
