Healthy Banana Pancakes- duh, blend the oats to make oat flower! I've made banana oat pancakes but they fall apart, it never said to blend the oats!

Get Skinny / 2 large old bananas 1 cup of quick oats. You can add in choc chips, coconut, or nuts if you'd like. Then 350º for 15 mins. THAT'S IT!

Only eggs, bananas, and blueberries!

Skinny pancakes, no flour 2 egg whites 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal 1/2 banana 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (optional) Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for 15-20 seconds. Spray a griddle or skillet with non-stick spray. #healthy

GENIUS !!!!!!! Pancake Bites. Use your favorite pancake mix, pour into muffin tins, add fruit, nuts, sausage, bacon, chocolate chips, etc. Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes. Awesome for school mornings. :) - excellent-eats

I make my protien pancakes using 1 scoop vanilla whey protein and 2 egg whites. Then add cinnamon and blue berries to taste. I don't used a whole egg or oatmeal b/c I don't want the calories. Top with sugar free syrup and eat up. I love this!! Fun to make on the weekends.
