Craft sticks and velcro, these can be arranged to make shapes and letters (great busy bag idea!)

Teaching shapes using popsicle sticks.....number represent the number of each shape's sides (ie: square has 4 sides)

Cut up pipe-cleaners and place them in a bottle. Use a magnet to manipulate them. Kids will stay busy for hours! My boys love magnets

Letter Review Game- pick up sticks. label sticks A-Z, stick in a cup. Let each kid pull a stick out and if they get the letter and sound right they keep the stick. If not, they put it back. Child with the most wins!!
