Just glue or ... use double sided sticky tape to put some wiggly eyes on to plastic cups for ANY fun event. Eyes are found at dollar stores and craft stores.

Ingredients: 1 jigger Chambord or raspberry liqueur 1 jigger Blue Curacau 1/4 cup carbonated grape soda Directions: Combine all ingredients together and pour over ice. The glasses? Your local craft store has jewel transfers you can use to adorn you glassware. BLING!
