Pulled Pork Recipe: easy & yummy. Pork butt, 1 can diet pepsi, 1/2 bottle sweet baby ray's BBQ sauce and lawry's season salt. Coat pork with Lawry's, put all ingredients in crock pot and cook for 4 hours,then use 2 forks to shred the pork and cook for 1 more hour. Serve on kaiser roll, delish! 1 lb chicken breasts 1 packet Italian dressing mix 2 Tbsp butter 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup chicken stock egg noodles or rice Place chicken breasts, Italian dressing mix, butter, lemon juice & chicken broth in the crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. When finished cooking, shred chicken with 2 forks. Serve chicken over egg noodles or rice and top with juices from crockpot.
Crock pot pulled pork. Made this recipe myself without chicken broth (I was out) and used Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. Rub was fantastic but for those who don't find spicy food appealing, just cut back on the cayenne.
