Paula Deen's Fried Green Tomatoes! Love this recipe although I like to add cornmeal to my flour mixture for an extra added crunch. I like this recipe because I think it's key to let the tomatoes sit with salt so that it pull excess water out of the tomatoes. Soggy fried green tomatoes are never any fun.
