Lime, orange, & rosemary in left pitcher ... ginger slices, cucumber slices & mint in right pitcher. Ingredients for left pitcher: 2 quarts spring water, 2 limes, cut into 1/4-inch slices, 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, broken into small pieces, 1 orange. Combine water, limes, and rosemary in large pitcher. Squeeze juice of orange into water; add rind. Let steep for 1 hour before serving over ice.

EGG & CUCUMBER SANDWICH: 3 hard boiled eggs • 2 Tsp mayo • salt & pepper • 2-3 Tsp chopped chives • black sesame seeds (optional) • handful of arugula or mâche drizzled w/extra virgin olive oil + Cucumber in sweet and sour marinade: • 1 medium cucumber • juice of 1 lime • zest of 1/2 lime • 2 Tsp rice vinegar • 1 1/2 Tsp brown sugar

Flavored Water - Ingredients: 1 gallon fresh water, 3-4 slices of lemon, 3-4 slices of lime, 3-4 slices of other citrus (optional), 3-4 slices of cucumber. Instructions: Add all citrus and cucumber slices to water. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Prep Time: 5 minutes. Makes about 12 servings.
