Oatmeal-Banana-Greek Yogurt pancakes. Very fast to make. Leave out the added milk and use a whole egg. With my changes the recipe has 18 g of protein, 5 g of fibre and 315 calories. It's a seriously healthy breakfast, and REALLY tasty. I make it almost every morning now.
