Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Brush both side of potato slices with butter; place them on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides, turning once. When potatoes are ready, top with bacon and cheese and continue baking until the cheese has melted. Easy oven roasted potatoes 2 large potatoes, scrubbed 3 Tbsp olive oil 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning 1 tsp salt 4 Tbsp Parmesan cheese Slice potatoes into very thin slices (1/4 inch). big ziploc bag to coat the potatoes. Toss potatoes with olive oil, Italian seasoning and salt in a ziplock bag to coat. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake at 450 for 15 -20 minutes, until lightly brown. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
