1 tsp Basil
1 head Broccoli
2 Carrots
1 (15 ounce) can Corn
1 Garlic clove
8 oz Mushrooms
1 Onion
1 tsp Oregano
2 Red bell peppers
6 Roma tomatoes, thin
1 tsp Rosemary
16 oz Spinach, frozen
2 Sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed


1 (12 ounce) package Tofu


2 (25 ounce) jarsvegan pasta sauce

Pasta & Grains

2 (14 ounce) boxeswhole grain lasagna noodles

Baking & Spices

1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper

Nuts & Seeds

1 cup Cashews, raw ground

Tastefully Simple Onion Onion™ 1/4 cup olive oil Directions In a gallon size zip lock bag, combine all ingredients except for potatoes; blend well. Add potatoes and shake to coat. Spread potatoes onto a baking sheet. Bake at 350° for an hour or until potatoes are tender. Makes 4 servings.
