Pho n. pronounced "fah." Meaning Asian comfort food at it's best :) It is actually Vietnamese noodle soup, usually served with beef or chicken, rice noodles, broth with cilantro and thinly sliced onions; is often served with Asian basil, jalepenos, lime, and bean sprouts that are added to the soup by the diner. Also added may be Hoisin and/or Sriracha.
Vietnamese Pho. One of my favorite foods, I intend to learn how to cook it soon, though I'll need to find a good recipe. I like my Pho best with chicken, lots of fresh lime, cilantro, basil, and hot peppers, plus lots of siracha sauce, noodles and some nice veggies.
