Wake up! daily workout also....Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank. I like the idea of doing it before every shower, then it is easier to become part of a routine. Need to print and put on my mirror

rim jumps - you hold your arm(s) above your head and jump up, reaching for an imaginary basketball hoop rim. - scissors - lunge on one side and then quickly transition into a lunge on your other leg by jumping. that is, switch legs by jumping in the air.

bikini bootcamp - this is the absolute best workout ever. I did this including 25 reverse crunches and I am feeling sore in every part of my body, including the "pouch" area. Definitely worth trying

Great Circuit...except I change the 5 minute run to mountainclimbers...hard to run in ze kitchen

Do this 2-3 times in a row and you'll definitely feel tighter abs and a flatter stomach by the time your done. Plus, you can do this without having to go the gym :)
