Cocktail Meatballs 1 lb ground beef 1 egg 2 T water 1/2 c bread crumbs 3 T minced onion 1 (8 oz) can jellied cranberry sauce 3/4 c chili sauce 1 t brown sugar 1 1/2 t lemon juice Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together ground beef, egg, water, bread crumbs, and minced onion. Roll into small meatballs. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once. In a slow cooker or large saucepan over low heat, blend remaining ingredients. Add meatballs, and simmer for 1 hr.
Yum, love this Deep South Dish: Crab Stuffed Mushrooms These are always a favorite at get togethers. You can use canned crab meat instead of fresh - I've done it before, still great. I've substituted crawfish and shrimp at times too.
